Englewood, CO (On-Site)Base Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 (Plus bonus)About the RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on Digital Content & Community Manager to support a growing portfolio of outdoor living brands, including Trex RainEscape, Trex Protect, Trex Seal, and the upcoming launch of RainTeck.This role sits at the intersection of content, community engagement, and digital execution. You’ll manage day-to-day interaction across social platforms, lead community engagement on Reddit and beyond, and own website content updates to ensure our digital presence is accurate, consistent, and on-brand.This is an execution-focused role for someone who is responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable representing the brand directly in public channels.What You’ll DoCommunity & Social EngagementMonitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across Instagram, Facebook, and other platformsManage Reddit engagement, including participating in relevant threads and representing the brand authenticallyMaintain a 24-hour response SLA with clear, helpful, and on-brand communicationEscalate product, installation, or service-related issues to internal teams when neededContent Creation & ManagementCreate and publish social content (posts, captions, and basic visuals) aligned with brand voiceSupport content needs across Trex RainEscape, Trex Protect, Trex Seal, and RainTeckManage content calendars and ensure consistent posting cadenceAssist in developing content for product launches, promotions, and campaignsWebsite Content ManagementUpdate and maintain website content using WordPress (Elementor)Publish blogs, landing pages, and product updates across multiple brand sitesEnsure accuracy of product information, messaging, and formattingApply basic SEO best practices to improve content performanceAgency & Cross-Functional CoordinationServe as a day-to-day contact for external agencies (social, creative, etc.)Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and feedbackPartner with marketing, sales, and product teams to support initiatives and campaignsWhat We’re Looking For1–3 years experience in social media, digital marketing, or content managementStrong understanding of social platforms and online community behavior (Reddit experience strongly preferred)Experience working in a CMS (WordPress/Elementor preferred)Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone across platformsHighly organized with strong attention to detailComfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environmentWhat Success Looks LikeFast, accurate, and helpful responses across all social and community channelsConsistent, on-brand content across social platforms and websitesStrong engagement and brand presence within online communitiesReliable execution of website updates and content publishingEffective coordination with internal teams and external partnersWhy This Role MattersThis role is critical to how our brands show up every day.
