Dental Assistant

Range at $26 - 33 per hour JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES The role is crucial for patient care in our practice. Responsibilities include: Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms. Welcoming patients, guiding them to the treatment area, and ensuring their comfort. Assisting the dentist during clinical procedures. Additional expanded function duties: Finishing and polishing composite restorations. Conducting dental radiography. Sterilizing instruments, handpieces, and equipment as per OSHA and CDC guidelines. Managing lab case communications and tracking. Post-treatment patient follow-ups and instruction provision. Educating patients on oral health and providing nutritional advice. Undertaking various administrative tasks as instructed by the dentist.
