Customer Service Associate
**Must have 2-3 years of customer service or call center experience****Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and PDF. Salesforce experience is a plus**Answers in bound calls (no selling)Provides exceptional customer service information regarding 401(k), 403(b) or other qualified plansEducates participants about their retirement account and featuresData Entry and other administrative tasksFacilitates problem resolution and document processingSkills: Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office productsCommunicate effectively, both verbally and in writingExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilityAbility to multitaskShow initiative and be proactive when necessaryQuality-driven with a strong sense of accountabilityDiagnose problems and offer resolutionBe open and flexible in a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvementSalesforce knowledge preferred but not requiredBilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
