A well-established, full-service agency is seeking an experienced Integrated Media Supervisor to lead media planning and buying across key accounts. This is a senior leadership role that bridges strategy, analytics, and client engagement — collaborating closely with Account Services, Creative, and Insights teams.What You'll DoLead and develop a team of Integrated Planners and Optimization SpecialistsOwn media strategy and execution across high-visibility accounts, building strong client relationshipsDevelop measurement plans and communicate results clearly to executive-level stakeholdersOptimize martech stacks and provide recommendations on cross-channel data flowMonitor campaign performance and proactively drive optimizationsFoster cross-departmental collaboration and support junior team members' growthServe as a confident presenter and thought leader internally and externallyWhat You Bring7+ years of agency experience in media planning and buyingProven ability to lead teams and manage complex projectsStrong presentation and communication skillsProficiency in audience profiling tools (Comscore, Nielsen, MRI, etc.)Experience managing large media budgetsFamiliarity with GA4, MMM, and CDP advertising strategiesWork environmentFast-paced | In-office Mondays-Thursdays | Remote on Fridays | Colorado Springs*RELOCATION AVAILABLE*Benefits Include: Medical/Dental/Vision, 401k with employer match, employer-paid life &short-term disability, EAP, 9 paid holidays, PTO, floating holiday, volunteer day, educationreimbursement, and employee recognition program.Must be US based to be considered.
