Key ResponsibilitiesLead,design and implement secure, automated CI/CD pipelines for multiple environments.Establish rigorous approval workflows and ensure smooth deployment processes.Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across any major cloud provider like AWS, Azure, andGCP (primarily AWS & Azure).Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to support high-scale and auto-scaling deployments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and ensure project success.Implement best practices in cloud security, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensurereliability.Required Skills And Qualifications Strong understanding of Git workflows.Extensive Expertise In DevSecOps Methodologies, With A Proven Track Record Of SuccessfulImplementation.Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools like CloudWatch,Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.Lead efforts in containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes, includingmulti-cluster and hybrid deployments.Hands-on exposure with static application security testing (SAST) and dynamic applicationsecurity testing (DAST) , container scanning, software composition analysis, IaCScanning, etc.Expertise In Deploying Cloud Technologies Utilizing IaaS And PaaS Components.Demonstrated Ability To Deliver Projects On Time And With Exceptional Quality, PrioritizingEfficiency And Efficacy.Advanced proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, and other IaC and configuration management tools.Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Bash, Python, or Go.Understanding of different types of Deployment Methodologies.Familiarity with Agile Development Methodology, with preference given to exposure In the scrumprocess.Additional Requirements Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills, With the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Proven problem-solving abilities and an innovative mindset, capable of navigating complexchallenges with poise and creativity.Commitment to staying updated on Emerging Technologies and Industry Trends, Drivingcontinuous innovation and improvement within the organization.Define and implement the organization's DevOps roadmap, aligning with business goals andevolving industry standards.Lead and mentor a team of Junior DevOps Engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration,innovation, and continuous improvement.Hands-on exposure on Harness CI/CD is nice to have skill
