The client is a company that provides a wide range of financial services and products to individuals, businesses, and institutions.Responsibilities: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Python (Programming Language) is required. Advanced proficiency in Oracle NoSQL Database is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Application Remediation, Engineering Support, MongoDB, and React.js is suggested. Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues to ensure system reliability and performance. Develop and implement effective solutions to enhance application functionality and user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery. Document findings and solutions to create a knowledge base for future reference. Participate in continuous learning and development to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
