IT Project ManagerOverview: We’re seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead high-visibility initiatives that span multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, along with experience in financial services and enterprise technology solutions. This role requires a balance of strategic planning, cross-team coordination, and hands-on execution to ensure projects are delivered successfully within scope, schedule, and budget.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects.Coordinate efforts across technical and business teams.Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and budgets.Drive stakeholder communication and engagement at all levels.Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and governance frameworks.Support organizational change management efforts tied to new systems and processes.Qualifications:5+ years of project management experience, preferably with large, multi-workstream projects.Background in banking, retirement services, or financial services preferred.Experience with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, OpenText, or similar).Proficiency with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Skilled in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet.Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.Proven ability to manage both independent work and collaborative efforts in fast-paced environments.Change management and stakeholder engagement experience is a plus.
