Residential Inspection Scheduler

Job Description A leading construction consulting company is seeking a detail-oriented Residential Inspection Scheduler to join our team full time. This role is responsible for scheduling residential property inspections, managing our inspector line, reviewing inspection photos, entering new properties into our systems, and compiling property and loan documentation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, meets tight deadlines, can prioritize and multi task. Must be based in Oregon. This is a hybrid role with a mix of in-office and remote work. Training will be fully in office at our Tigard, Oregon location. Responsibilities Schedule residential inspections and manage the inspector communication line Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of inspection photos Enter new properties into internal systems and compile property and loan documentation Maintain an organized and accurate database of active inspections Assign inspections using various industry software tools Communicate inspection needs clearly with inspectors and internal teams Ensure timelines and deadlines are consistently met Qualifications Strong communication skills with both internal teams and external vendors Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage time independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office, mobile applications, and other relevant software Familiarity with residential construction including materials, tools, budgets, and costs Experience with ground-up residential construction, renovations, multi-family projects, and site or land development Reliable, punctual, and deadline-driven Ability to adapt to workload fluctuations and remain flexible during peak periods Positive attitude with a desire for long-term professional growth Experience Required Residential construction experience of at least 1 year Scheduling experience of at least 1 year Schedule and Compensation Full-time schedule Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Hybrid role based in Oregon with in-office work required on Wednesdays All training will be conducted fully in office at the Tigard office The busiest periods occur during the last week and a half of each month and the first week of the following month Pay is $25 per hour Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: Hybrid remote in Portland, OR 97223
