IT PMO Project Manager (Warsaw)
ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a dynamic IT PMO Project Manager to plan, execute, and govern enterprise IT projects and programs. This is the second position on our growing AI and Data Strategy Implementation team, a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, people, and organizational change.In this role, you will identify and manage AI use cases by bringing the right functional leaders together, organizing cross-functional work, and delivering AI features and processes that advance our mission. Operating within a framework of excellence, collaboration, and innovation, you will apply PMO standards and methodologies to ensure alignment with organizational goals.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic LeadershipExecute projects in alignment with established PMO strategies, policies, and procedures.Provide project-level leadership to teams, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.Champion a culture of delivery excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.Project & Program ManagementManage and govern large, complex IT projects and programs in accordance with PMO standards.Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.Monitor project progress, dependencies, resources, and financials; escalate risks as needed.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, security, and regulatory requirements.Identify and manage AI use cases — connecting functional leaders and orchestrating delivery of AI features and processes.Stakeholder EngagementBuild and maintain effective working relationships with business and IT stakeholders.Provide clear, concise status reporting, risk visibility, and delivery recommendations to sponsors.Facilitate regular project communication, governance reviews, and decision forums.Translate complex problems into simplified narratives for diverse audiences.Resource Management & QualityLead cross-functional, matrixed project teams; assign work and track delivery commitments.Coordinate resource needs and timing with functional managers.Ensure project documentation and artifacts are maintained and audit-ready.Participate in post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive improvement.WHAT YOU BRINGStrong project leadership and execution skills with a bias for action.Excellent communication skills — able to simplify complexity and align diverse stakeholders.Agile thinking and organizational skills suited to fast-moving, ambiguous environments.Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional IT projects.Ability to proactively identify risks and resolve issues to maintain project momentum.Project governance experience is a strong asset.QUALIFICATIONSRequiredBachelor's degree + 6 years of IT project management experience, ORAssociate's degree + 8 years, ORHigh school diploma + 10 years of IT project management or program leadership experience.PreferredBachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.Experience in healthcare, medical devices, biotech, or other regulated environments.WORKING CONDITIONSOccasional evenings and weekends required for project delivery and deployments.Role involves sitting or standing, typing, using a mouse, and verbal communication for most of the workday.Travel: up to 15% annually, domestic and/or international.
