Remediation Specialist

Job Description Role Summary:This role is an hourly full-time position. Primary responsibilities are performing hands-on remediation work and interacting with customers at the job site. Handy skills are great but we will generally be able to provide all training required to perform the work.Responsibilities:Prepare, drive, and maintain the service vehicle and associated equipment/materials.Explain work to customersComplete remediation tasks such as evaluation, setup, extraction, demolition, breakdown, and monitoring.Document job performance using software and paperworkTrain new techniciansHelp with dispatching, estimatesRequirements:Able and willing to:Drive/travel locally in southeast MA area to jobsWork in potentially challenging job sitesWork occasional flexible hours/overtimeclimb ladders, work at height/confined spaceWalk, stand, drive, sit, perform repetitive labor, lift up to 50lbsQualifications:HS Diploma or equivalent, previous work experienceValid license, good driving/recordHandy skills/experience handling and operating vehicles, equipment, tools are strongly preferredAble to use/operate technology like computers, smart phones, and tabletsSafety/IIRC/etc trainings/certifications a plusMultilingual skills a plusCompany DescriptionAll Dry is a premier, nation-wide water/damage and mold remediation service provider.Company DescriptionAll Dry is a premier, nation-wide water/damage and mold remediation service provider.
