Role/Title: Senior Stock Plan Administrator - FT - Remote / Work from HomeTeam: People SolutionsReporting To: Director of Consulting & StaffingLocation: Remote, Work from HomeCompensation Range: $55 - $73/hour, based on experience; paid hourly + OT; W-2Travel Required: up to 10% (Industry, Client & Team Events)Profile of SuccessStock Plan Administrator needed with 4–7+ years of direct Schwab EquiView experience and 7+ years of progressive equity administration experience within complex, publicly traded environments.Must demonstrate strong execution capability across complex ESPP administration, RSU processing, executive PSU support, compliance controls, reporting, and global mobility and tax considerations.Experience partnering across Payroll, HRIS, Transfer Agent, and cross-functional stakeholders is essential. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these functions.Stock plan administration and management activitiesCustomer service to support employee inquiries on a variety of topics and issue-resolution related to equity compensationManage/Work with industry software (Schwab Equiview) and vendors to effectively manage our client's plansManage/Work with client's internal and external business partners, cross-functionallyManage and maintain employee equity databaseManage ESPP enrollment, ESPP purchase, and RSU releasesProcess, track, and update all PSUsStock plan financial reporting activities/supportStock plan reconciliation activities/supportSEC, audit and external reporting activities/support, including proxy, Section 16, 6039Payroll/Accounting supportParticipant education and training activities/supportSupport and/or manage communications and communication plansSupport and/or manage project activitiesFollow, enhance and/or create policies and proceduresRecognize opportunities for enhancement/implementation of best practices & process improvementsAssist in various other stock plan projects and initiatives as needed The Expertise We’re Looking ForBachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant industry experienceStock plan administration experienceECA or CEP candidates, preferredProficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Proficiency and/or experience with industry platforms (direct)Experience with Schwab EquiView The Right FitConsummate professional with a service-mentality and a commitment to delivering Peace of Mind to all internal, external and client partnersExcellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to convey important information clearly and effectivelyExhibits strength in presentation and speaking skillsAble to complete multiple tasks in a timely manner, independently with minimal supervisionWorks effectively on their own and in a team environment, with a willingness to train/coach others, as neededExhibits exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and work ethicA compliance-focused, process-oriented, analytical individual who is also flexible and can excel in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environmentAble to maintain focus on continuous improvement, issue-resolution, problem-solving and follow-throughAble to maintain strict confidentiality in an open and transparent environmentDelivers a high level of service and support while exercising judgement, diplomacy and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential informationHas the ability to communicate and partner with cross-functional teams (such as Legal, Payroll, Finance, Accounting, HR) at all levelsAligns with our company core values of Integrity, Opportunity, Passion, Excellence and Teamwork If this role aligns with your experience, we invite you to apply via Easy Apply.
