Our vision is an internet where all marketing is performance-based, everyone wins, and our innovation within the creator and affiliate ecosystem lays the foundation for a new era of growth.This role is based in either New York City (hybrid, in-office Tuesday-Thursday) or Denver, CO (remote).AS A DIRECTOR, PARTNER SUCCESS, YOU WILL:Own strategic partnerships with key Button partnersDevelop deep expertise in partners' business models, KPIs, and growth strategies to drive retention and expansionLead executive business reviews that position Button as a mission-critical growth partnerOwn and deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets across a portfolio of enterprise accountsBuild and execute multi-quarter strategic account plans that mitigate risk and unlock expansionScale a high-performing upsell pipeline for marketing placements across publisher inventoryPartner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Finance, and Legal to accelerate monetization and partner impactLead and develop a high-performing team, setting a high bar for accountability, operational rigor, and partner experienceEstablish best-in-class account management processes and forecasting disciplineAct as the voice of the partner internally, influencing roadmap decisions through market insight and actionable feedbackHelp oversee complex technical implementations to ensure seamless execution and adoption of new productsPosition Button as a critical growth engine within the creator and affiliate economyWE LOOK FOR TEAMMATES WHO HAVE:7+ years of experience in strategic account management, partnerships, or revenue roles within B2B, adtech, martech, or performance marketing environments3+ years of people management experience, with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teamsDemonstrated success owning and exceeding revenue targets across enterprise accountsExperience influencing executive and C-level stakeholders with credibility and strategic insightStrong commercial acumen and negotiation expertiseExceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into compelling executive narrativesExperience driving cross-functional initiativesA bias for action paired with operational rigor and attention to detailCreative, strategic thinking aligned with Button's values: Learn & Grow, Experiment, Adapt, and DeliverCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS:Button's total compensation package includes a base salary competitive with what is offered by similar companies in major US markets. The salary range for this role in the United States is expected to be between $140,000 - $180,000 plus bonus (offered salary is based on a number of factors including skills and experience relative to the job description listed above). In addition, Button provides employees with a 401(k) plan and automatically contributes 3% of an employee's salary annually.
