Role Description The Director of Nursing is a full-time, on-site role based in Grand Junction, CO. This position involves overseeing and managing all aspects of nursing care provided by the team to ensure the highest standards of care and compliance with regulations. Core responsibilities include developing and managing care plans, supervising nursing staff, implementing infection control protocols, and collaborating with families and healthcare providers to address client needs. The role also requires ensuring that patients receive appropriate long-term care and medication support when necessary. Additionally, the Director will provide leadership to maintain a compassionate, client-centered environment. Qualifications Proven expertise in Nursing Management and Long-term Care servicesStrong knowledge of Nursing principles, including medication administration and patient care methodologiesProficiency in Infection Control practices within healthcare settingsAbility to collaborate and build professional relationships with healthcare providers and familiesRegistered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado (required)Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skillsExperience working in home health, elder care, or related fields is preferredBachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent; advanced certifications are a plus
