**Position:** Business Analyst III
**Duration:** 3 Months (Possible extension/conversion)
**Location:** Onsite - Seattle, WA
**Schedule:** Pacific Time (Standard working hours)
**Pay Rate:** $50/hr. - $52/hr.
We are seeking a Business Analyst III to design and maintain KPIs, build automated reporting solutions, and provide strategic insights across Marketing, Program, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, perform ad-hoc analysis, and act as an internal analytics consultant to senior leadership.
**Top 3 Must-Have Skills:**
1. Advanced SQL
2. Data visualization (Tableau, QuickSight, etc.)
3. ETL (Extract, Transform, Load)
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Develop KPIs and dashboards to drive business growth and optimization.
+ Build scalable reporting solutions using SQL, ETL, and data visualization tools.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate data sources.
+ Conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify root causes and provide actionable insights.
**Requirements:**
+ 5+ years as an analyst or related role.
+ 3+ years writing SQL queries and creating reports in Tableau or Power BI.
+ Experience with ETL to support automated reporting.
+ Ability to define requirements, analyze data, and influence stakeholders.
**Preferred:**
+ Bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics, engineering, or a related field.
+ Experience in operations, supply chain, marketing, or logistics.
