As part of this team, you will be responsible for design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of next generation Mobile Apps used by Patients for Cloud-based Remote Patient Monitoring system.What You'll DoContribute to all stages of the mobile application (for iOS & Android) development and deployment lifecycle for Remote Monitoring solutionsDrive detailed design and implementation in a fast paced and agile development environment using the latest software development technologies and infrastructureProvide day-to-day technical leadership; leverage professional experience to recommend best practices, systems, and architecturesParticipate in code reviews and create documentation on engineering and cross-functional practicesTranslate requirements / vision into prioritized list of user stories and deliver to required timelines and quality standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, Verification, Regulatory, and program managementDebug, troubleshoot and isolate software problems as well as offers strategic solutions, analysis, and advice regarding identified issues for future developmentDevelop good working relations with the other solution teams and groups, such as Engineering, Marketing, Product, Test, QAStay current with emerging trends, making recommendations as needed to help the organization innovateWhat You'll HaveAt least 5+ years of experience designing, developing, unit testing, and deploying iOS and Android based solutions using common standards and frameworksCan develop for both major platforms (iOS, Android) natively and experience with cross-platform mobile technology (React Native/ Flutter). Flutter experience is must.Experienced with all phases of app development - from prototyping to publishing to the App Store or Google PlayExperience using RESTful APIs to integrate mobile applications to server-side systemsInterest and experience in backend development and developing microservices/APIs to provide data for mobile clients is a plusExperience with documenting architectural and deign decisionsExperience with working and supporting with multiple development teamAbility to work well with a team in a high-performance organizationComfortable working asynchronously with a distributed teamExcellent written, verbal and listening communication skillsA willingness to learn new software development languages to meet goals and objectivesStrong Computer Science fundamentals and experience with software developmentEagerness to contribute beyond experience level"Why work with us - At Net2Source, we believe everyone has an opportunity to lead.
