361 - Warehouse / Driver Associate

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking skilled and energetic Warehouse/Driver Associate to join our growing team of professionals. Our Warehouse/Driver Associates are primarily focused on receiving, stocking, pulling, staging, loading and shipping merchandise. As a Warehouse/Driver Associate, you will be moving the right auto parts to the right place with safety, precision and speed, using an electronic scanner to pull parts, pack and load them for shipment. NAPA Warehouse/Driver Associate should have the agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach to upper shelves (eight feet) with the use of a stool or ladder when necessary. Our Warehouse/Driver Associates are also required to have the stamina to stand and walk for the entire work shift, as well as timely delivery of goods to predetermined customers on specific routes. Requirements: Must be 18 years of age Must have a clean driving record Must have a valid driver’s license Pre-Employment drug screen and background check Strong customer service with a positive and professional attitude Clear speaking and attentive listening skills Time management skills Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. of merchandise Ensures products are delivered on time and in excellent condition Handle cash transactions, charge transactions, and core/part returns per company policy and procedures Assist with cleaning of the store and warehouse by disposing of trash and sweeping floors daily to provide a safe working environment Must be able to follow directions Attention to detail Motivated to train and learn Provide support to customers, co-workers and management team as requested Desire to go above and beyond the Job Description Team player and must work well with others Perform other duties as assigned by management
