By joining Lendflow, you’ll be part of a dynamic team focused on reshaping the lending industry and building the next generation of financial software.About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented person who has graduated from college within the past 4 years to join our Austin based teams. This is a full-time, on-site position where you’ll manage commercial loan applications from initial submission to funding, ensuring accuracy and compliance while helping drive successful funding outcomes. This role serves as a stepping stone for those looking to advance into our funding sales team so we are prioritizing candidates with an interest in sales and seek to transition into a front-office sales role.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist small business owners in compiling complete application packages for various loan products, including SBA Loans, Term Loans, Lines of Credit, Receivable Purchases, and Equipment Loans.Route application packages to appropriate capital providers within our funding marketplace.Collaborate with sales teams, lenders/capital partners, offshore teams, and internal stakeholders to facilitate a seamless funding process from application to pre-closing.Analyze financial documents such as bank statements, financial statements, and credit reports.Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes to enhance the number of successfully funded deals.Ensure loan documentation is accurately entered and reviewed, meeting all compliance and regulatory requirements.Maintain data accuracy and integrity throughout the loan process.Follow up with clients to collect documents and assess their needs, recommending suitable financial products when appropriate.Renew agreements for existing products as terms expire and nurture ongoing client relationships.Maintain and manage an active pipeline of customers to support efficient loan processing.QualificationsAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Quick adaptability to new software and processes.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Willingness to learn about financial products and services.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Interest in pursuing a sales-oriented career path.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.Why Join Lendflow?Be part of a rapidly growing fintech leader in embedded finance.Competitive compensation packages, including salary, bonus, and equity options.Paid sick leave.Employer-subsidized health benefits.401(k) and Health Savings Account options.CompensationCompetitive base salaryMonthly commissionsTotal compensation can exceed $100,000 if individual and team goals are being reachedStock Options401(k)Health, Dental, and Life Insurance
