This 12-month cohort-style program will provide ongoing, meaningful opportunities for professional development, exposure, and the ability to develop skills critical to the Associate's future career growth while contributing to our mission of delivering championship teams on and off the field. Positions are offered in numerous departments across football and business operations. Target hires are early talent seeking entry-level opportunities in the sports and entertainment industry. Our 2026 SOAR program will run from May 2026 through April 2027.Roles and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate all credential requests for training campAssist with season-long and per-game credential requestsAssist the football communications staff with all media access periodsExecute interview requests for local and national mediaAssist in updating and maintaining NFLOMG, updating player bios on a weekly basisAssist with the weekly release and publicationsTranscribe press conferences for select coaches and playersWrite and distribute transaction releases and advisoriesAssist with press box setup and operationsServe as primary contact for the weekly flip cardOversee the football communications home game day staff programAssist with statistical research for postgame notesAssist with overall media efforts and coverage of community relations initiatives, serving as the on-site communications contact for select community eventsCompile and distribute daily and national news clipsAssist with media monitoring and trackingQualifications, Required Skills, & TraitsBachelor's degree required, preferably in communications, journalism, or media relationsSports communications or agency experience preferredStrong verbal and written communication skills and knowledge of AP StyleStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnelExcellent time-management and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and demonstrate capability to juggle multiple projectsAbility to handle sensitive informationExperience with Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointExperience with statistical research platforms
