This role is fully integrated within the treatment team and provides highly individualized services in the community to promote consumer self-determination and decision-making. As a peer to the consumers served, the Lead Peer Support Specialist builds trust and meaningful relationships that support continued growth and recovery. The insights gained through these relationships are shared with the treatment team to enhance individualized care and recovery outcomes. This is an office-based position and not remote, with approximately 20% travelrequiredfor meetings,countyand/or client needs.
