SPA is seeking a Contracts Management Analyst IIIA in San Diego.
ResponsibilitiesThe Contracts Management Analyst IIIA position will assist the Government to draft procurement-related documents in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations, DFARS, NMCARS, and associated supplements and DOD 5000 series requirements.
The ideal candidate will:
Coordinate Industry Days.
Develop Requirements documents, to include Market Research Reports, Work Statements, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL), Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN), DD-254s, Acquisition Plans, Source Selection Plans, Justifications & Approvals, and Determinations & Findings for activities approval by the Government.
Provide administrative source selection support.
Administer contracts, to include preparation of Procurement Requests, Modification Requests, Technical Direction Letters/Technical Instructions, and tracking obligations/expenditures, and deliverables.
CA Pay Transparency Salary Range: $170K - $190K.
QualificationsRequired:
Master's Degree
Ten (10) or more years of professional contract management support experience
DoD contract management experience working with FAR/DRARS/NMCARS Contracts Management for Navy or DoD programs and major acquisition program contracts
Possess Top Secret/SCI Clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment
Desired:
Three (3) years of direct support to a Navy organization performing systems acquisition
ACAT I or II experience
