Trusted.#MCSPA is seeking a Contracts Management Analyst IIIA in San Diego.ResponsibilitiesThe Contracts Management Analyst IIIA position will assist the Government to draft procurement-related documents in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations, DFARS, NMCARS, and associated supplements and DOD 5000 series requirements.The ideal candidate will:Coordinate Industry Days.Develop Requirements documents, to include Market Research Reports, Work Statements, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL), Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN), DD-254s, Acquisition Plans, Source Selection Plans, Justifications & Approvals, and Determinations & Findings for activities approval by the Government.Provide administrative source selection support.Administer contracts, to include preparation of Procurement Requests, Modification Requests, Technical Direction Letters/Technical Instructions, and tracking obligations/expenditures, and deliverables.CA Pay Transparency Salary Range: $170K - $190K.QualificationsRequiredMaster's DegreeTen (10) or more years of professional contract management support experiencePossess Top Secret/SCI ClearanceDAWIA Level III in program management or similiar (e.g. PMP)DoD contract management experience working with FAR/DRARS/NMCARS Contracts Management for Navy or DoD programs and major acquisition program contractsThree (3) years of direct support to a Navy organization performing systems acquisitionDesired* ACAT I or II experienceResponsibilities Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc.
