Trusted. #MCSPA is seeking a Contracts Management Analyst IIIA in San Diego. #FCResponsibilitiesThe Contracts Management Analyst IIIA position will assist the Government to draft procurement-related documents in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations, DFARS, NMCARS, and associated supplements and DOD 5000 series requirements. The ideal candidate will:Coordinate Industry Days.Develop Requirements documents, to include Market Research Reports, Work Statements, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL), Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN), DD-254s, Acquisition Plans, Source Selection Plans, Justifications & Approvals, and Determinations & Findings for activities approval by the Government.Provide administrative source selection support.Administer contracts, to include preparation of Procurement Requests, Modification Requests, Technical Direction Letters/Technical Instructions, and tracking obligations/expenditures, and deliverables.CA Pay Transparency Salary Range: $170K - $190K.QualificationsRequiredMaster's Degree Ten (10) or more years of professional contract management support experienceDoD contract management experience working with FAR/DRARS/NMCARS Contracts Management for Navy or DoD programs and major acquisition program contractsPossess Top Secret/SCI Clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment Desired Three (3) years of direct support to a Navy organization performing systems acquisitionACAT I or II experienceJob SummaryID: 2025-20318Category: Program & Project Management, Financial and Contract SupportSecurity Clearance Requirement: Top Secret/ SCIType: Regular Full-TimeLevel: Mid-level
