Job Description:Insight Global's client is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to support a dynamic plant operation. This role partners closely with leadership and employees to drive key HR programs across the facility. This is a hands-on role focused on employee relations, recruiting, compliance, and HR operations.Preferred Requirements:3+ years of HR Generalist or similar experienceExperience supporting a plant, manufacturing, or hourly workforce environment preferredStrong knowledge of employment laws including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and EEOProven experience handling employee relations and workplace investigationsResponsibilities:Support full cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried rolesLead onboarding and offboarding processesPartner with plant leadership on employee relations and investigationsProvide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and complianceManage leave administration including FMLA, ADA, and USERRAMaintain HRIS data including job changes, compensation, and employee recordsSupport attendance tracking and hourly workforce policiesAssist with safety programs and workers compensation processesCoordinate employee engagement and recognition initiatives
