Hybrid/Remote Social Services SpecialistDirect hire position! Looking for candidates throughout South Eastern Indiana.Job duties include:Assess clients assigned for services and implement an appropriate treatment plan to teach and assist clients in applying the life skills necessary to successfully complete treatment.The hybrid/remote social services specialist is responsible for the following:Fulfilling responsibilities of paraprofessional supervised visits.Maintaining clear, detailed, and accurate client documentation records.Participating in weekly supervision and overseeing risk management areas.Always demonstrating respect and cultural sensitivity.Maintaining CPR & First Aid Certifications.Engaging and assisting in the family participation in the treatment planning process.Assisting parents in learning and executing skills (basic parenting, homemaking, etc)Timely completion of clear, detailed, and accurate documentation of the following:All contacts with clientsMonthly reportsCourt reportsTreatment plansMaintaining client confidentiality.Requirements:Experience working with children and familiesStrong team memberHigh school diploma/GED
