.Local Marketing Representative Job Description: We are seeking a Local Marketing Representative to drive local awareness and engagement through marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with our marketing team to support business objectives and enhance brand visibility in the community. This is a great opportunity for an entrepreneurial, creative, and social individual who seeks to learn more about marketing with on the job training and exposure. Benefits and Hours: It is expected that this individual will spend 15-20 hours per week pursuing local marketing for their store. Location: Hybrid position, Remote and In Store/Events. MAY be required to work weekends Pay rate: $18.50 an hour Requirements: ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Prior Marketing experience (1 Year) OR working towards a Bachelors in Marketing or BBA (Preferred) ● Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. ● Creative thinker with strong analytical abilities. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs ● Must be able to drive Key Responsibilities: ● execute local marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and customer acquisition. ● Organize and attend local events, trade shows, and community activities to promote our products/services. ● Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including ROI, to recommend and implement improvements. ● Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and support sales efforts through effective marketing campaigns. ● Maintain strong relationships with local businesses, influencers, and community leaders to enhance brand visibility. ● Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for management Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $18.50 per hour Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week Schedule: Weekends as needed Experience: Marketing: 1 year (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in San Antonio, TX 78258
