Business Analyst

Evaluate real-time data to identify efficiency gaps. Develop technical system prototypes. Act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical execution teams. Create and implement precise project management plans. Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance testing.What You'll Need 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in Systems Development. High proficiency with SQL and Python for data evaluation and system analysis. Demonstrated track record of gathering technical requirements, authoring system documentation, and generating executive reports. Outstanding communication skills with proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights. Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience (preferred).
