Clinical Director

District Partners has been retained by a growing outpatient behavioral health organization that is expanding into the Vancouver, WA market and is seeking a Clinical Director to help build and lead a high-quality outpatient behavioral health program.This individual will serve as the senior clinical leader for the location, partnering closely with executive leadership to support clinicians, strengthen clinical operations, and help shape the long-term growth and culture of the organization. This is an opportunity for a clinically grounded leader who enjoys balancing mentorship, operational partnership, program development, and quality oversight within a growing and evolving behavioral health environment.The organization is looking for someone who is energized by building structure, improving systems/processes, supporting clinicians, and helping create a collaborative and accountable culture as the organization continues to scale.What You'll Do:Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support across outpatient behavioral health servicesPartner closely with executive leadership to help build and scale the Vancouver marketSupport, mentor, and develop clinicians, supervisors, and clinical staffEnsure high-quality therapeutic services and adherence to evidence-based practicesReview clinical documentation, workflows, and treatment standards to ensure consistency and complianceAssist with development and implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and quality initiativesProvide consultation and support on complex clinical cases and crisis situationsFoster a collaborative, accountable, and clinician-supportive cultureIdentify opportunities for operational and clinical process improvementAssist with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of clinical staffSupport program expansion efforts and future growth initiativesEnsure compliance with state regulations, ethical standards, and organizational expectationsCollaborate cross-functionally with operations and administrative leadership to improve patient and team experienceWhat You'll Have:Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related fieldActive Washington State licensure as LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or Psychologist7+ years of clinical experience within behavioral health or outpatient mental health settingsPrior leadership, supervision, or program management experience strongly preferredStrong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and clinical best practicesExperience supporting clinicians, improving workflows, and maintaining quality/compliance standardsComfortable operating within a growing and evolving organizationStrong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsExperience with electronic health records and clinical documentation systemsWhy this Role:Opportunity to help build and shape a new market from the ground floorHigh visibility and direct partnership with executive leadershipAbility to influence culture, clinical quality, and operational structureStrong emphasis on clinician support, mentorship, and developmentGrowing organization with meaningful long-term growth potentialCombination of leadership, strategy, and hands-on clinical partnershipEntrepreneurial environment where ideas and process improvements are valuedCompetitive base salary plus performance-based incentives.
