Job SummaryThe Clumpies Partner provides excellent guest service while preparing and serving Clumpies food and beverages in a fun, welcoming environment. This role supports Rock City Enterprises’ mission by delivering high-quality products, maintaining cleanliness standards, and creating memorable guest experiences. Under the direction of the Clumpies Manager, the Clumpies Partner performs the following duties:Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesDeliver excellent guest service to internal and external customers in alignment with Rock City Enterprises’ mission, culture, and values.Model appropriate guest and partner interactions at all times.Perform opening and closing procedures and all standard cashier duties.Prepare and serve Clumpies food and beverages, including scooping ice cream, serving baked goods, and preparing assorted beverages.Communicate details about Clumpies Ice Cream ingredients and production processes to guests.Assist with restocking supplies and products as needed.Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready shop environment.Follow health codes and food safety standards to maintain a high health score.Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
QualificationsEducation & ExperiencePrevious customer service or food service experience preferred but not required.Cash register experience is a plus.Knowledge & SkillsOutgoing, friendly personality with a passion for providing excellent guest service.Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively in one-on-one and group settings.Ability to convey a professional, engaging image to guests and partners.Ability to read and interpret documents and write basic reports or correspondence.Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using U.S. currency.Basic computer skills required.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.Physical RequirementsRegular use of hands and fingers.Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.Ability to stoop, kneel, or crouch frequently.Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds.Company Mission & Core ValuesMission: To create Memories worth Repeating for our Guests and our Partners.Core Values: Innovation | Communication | Learning | Appreciation | Accountability | ProactivityCompensation details: 13.25-13.3 Hourly WagePI4fd42b8552c8-37483-40020664
