Service Coordinator

Job Description Professional Choice Fire and Security Systems is seeking an individual who possesses the skills to assist with administrative and service department functions of a growing business. Our goal oriented team members take pride in providing quality services to our customers.* Must be detailed oriented in all tasks assigned.* Have the ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.* Have excellent grammar and language skills. No text abbreviations or lingo will be used in documents.* Process material orders for field personnel using purchase orders.* Must be able to type, proofread and generate proposals and reports that are professional looking.* Have technical knowledge of burglar and fire alarm monitoring equipment.* Review alarm monitoring reports on a daily basis to identify trouble conditions existing with the burglar and fire alarm accounts. Contact customers for approval to repair malfunctions.If the following job requirements and experience match your skills, please ensure you apply promptly.* Type inspection reports and deficiency notes received from field technicians to create Corrective Action Reports.* Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel to update logs to keep customer and business information updated.* Must understand how to use formulas and tables in both Word and Excel.* Must have knowledge of Quick Books or other accounting software in entering invoices, receiving payments and setting up jobs.* Position requires individual to work in a field environment during orientation and training to understand the products and customer interaction.* Position requires that you to be able to lift 40 Lbs and work in low light areas from time to time.* Position requires that you pass a drug test and background check.* Position requires some weekend work.Please provide cover letter and resume.
