Full-Stack Software Engineer (.NET / PHP)

What You’ll Do Build and improve modern web applications across the front end and back end Take ownership of projects from idea through deployment Learn the business behind the product so you understand what you are actually trying to solve Work directly with clients and stakeholders to turn ideas into strong technical solutions Dig into existing codebases and quickly understand how they work Identify opportunities to improve usability, performance, security, and architecture Research competitors, tools, APIs, and new technologies to find better ways to build Develop integrations, automations, and new product functionality Move quickly, communicate clearly, and keep projects progressing Use AI and modern development tools to increase speed and output of the code you ship Who We’re Looking For Has a track record of building and shipping things Takes initiative without needing to be managed closely Gets uncomfortable when something is moving too slowly Naturally looks for better ways to do things Wants responsibility and is excited by difficult problems Highly competitive and consistently holds themselves to a high standard of performance and excellence. Technical Experience We’re looking for someone with strong software development fundamentals and experience building real products. Required: 4+ years of professional software development experience, with demonstrated production experience in both .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) and PHP/Laravel Frontend development experience with Vue.js and Tailwind CSS Experience deploying, managing, or maintaining applications on Microsoft Azure Strong working knowledge of relational databases, including SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL Practical experience using AI tools to assist in day-to-day development, code review, or debugging Preferred: Experience designing or integrating with third-party APIs and services Comfortable working in collaborative development workflows, using Git and issue tracking tools such as Jira Familiarity with authentication, security best practices, and production reliability considerations Exposure to cloud infrastructure and deployment processes Nice to have: Experience with Next.js Experience with SaaS products, CRM integrations, workflow automation, AI-enabled products, or complex client-facing applications is a strong plus.
