Private Equity AnalystWe are seeking an analyst with a consulting or banking background to join our strategy team. This role is designed for high-performing pre-MBA talent who want to leverage their problem-solving and diligence experience in a dynamic, professional services setting closely aligned with the private equity and financial markets ecosystem.You will partner with senior stakeholders to evaluate strategic priorities, support firmwide transformation initiatives, and generate insights that drive competitive advantage. The work requires structured thinking, process rigor, and crisp executive communication, with a balance of strategic analysis and organizational execution.Key Responsibilities• Structure and solve complex business problems, drawing on consulting-style frameworks and analyses.• Support strategic diligence efforts on market opportunities, competitors, and potential growth areas tied to private equity and financial sponsor activity.• Create high-quality executive materials including presentations, page builds, and leadership write-ups.• Drive process management of strategic initiatives: track workstreams, manage follow-ups, and ensure delivery of key milestones.• Analyze industry and firm performance data to develop actionable insights and recommendations.• Partner with leadership to advance transformation and operational improvement efforts across the organization.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years' experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a strategy-focused role within private equity or financial services.• Strong track record of structured problem-solving and strategic thinking.• Demonstrated excellence in executive communication, PowerPoint page-building, and presentation development.• Experience in diligence, transformation, or process management; ability to track initiatives across multiple stakeholders.• Familiarity with, or strong interest in, the private equity and finance landscape.• Consistently strong performance reviews and ability to excel in high-pressure, high-performance environments.What We Offer• Direct exposure to senior leadership and strategy decision-making.• Opportunity to apply consulting/banking skills in a setting at the intersection of professional services and private equity.• A collaborative, fast-paced environment with emphasis on structured problem-solving and execution.• Clear career development and potential for future growth within the strategy function.
