Job Description Indrotec Staffing and Workforce Management is seeking individuals to work as a Facility Services Worker with the Saint Paul Area Schools.Duties and ResponsibilitiesSweeps, dust mops and wet mops hallways, floors and stairs, strips, seals and waxes floors, vacuums and shampoos carpetCleans washroom walls, floors, tiles and fixtures. Replenishes washroom suppliesWashes walls and furnitureDusts room and office furniture, windowsills and other surfacesRequirementsMust have high school diploma or GEDReliable transportationWorking ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructionsMust be able to pass a criminal background checkSchedules2nd shiftPhysical RequirementsWorking ability to endure sustained periods of physical activityAbility to safely lift objects of varying weights ranging from:Continuously for weights up to 15 poundsFrequently for weights up to 30 poundsOccasionally for weights up to 50 poundsRarely for weights above 50 pounds.Ability to push and/or pull up to 110 pounds occasionally.Ability to climb stairs frequently and ladders occasionally.Ability to occasionally balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl.Benefits: Health care insurance benefits available first of the month following 60 days of employment.
