Duties Supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and organizing stock. Oversee cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and security. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster a positive work environment. Implement sales management strategies to meet or exceed company goals. Conduct administrative tasks such as scheduling shifts and maintaining records. Monitor market trends to adjust pricing strategies effectively. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Skills Strong inventory management skills with a focus on accuracy and organization. Proven ability to manage teams effectively while promoting teamwork. Experience in sales management with a track record of achieving targets. Proficient in cash handling processes and financial accountability. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Knowledge of inventory control systems and best practices. Excellent shift management skills to ensure optimal staffing levels. Strong administrative capabilities for efficient operational support.
