Regional Maintenance Director

You don't manage from a desk. You own your region. Stellar Senior Living is hiring a Regional Maintenance Director to serve as the operational backbone of plant operations across a defined community territory in Utah or Arizona. This is a field-based, high-accountability role — you're on-site regularly, coaching Maintenance Directors, resolving escalations, and keeping our communities safe, compliant, and running at their best. What You'll Own Day-to-day oversight of building systems and plant operations across your regional portfolio Direct supervision and coaching of on-site Maintenance Directors Preventive maintenance compliance, life-safety execution, and inspection readiness Facilities data accuracy in TELS and Yardi Voyager Proactive issue escalation before problems reach residents or regulators On-site support for newly acquired or transitioned communities What You Bring Currently serving as a Regional Maintenance Director in senior assisted living 3–5+ years of multi-site facilities experience in a regulated, life-safety environment Hands-on knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire suppression systems TELS, Yardi, or similar CMMS experience A coaching mindset — you build people up, not just fix buildings Comfortable with frequent regional travel Compensation Base Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 DOE Quarterly profit share Medical, Dental, Vision  |  401(k) with match  |  Unlimited PTO Clear growth path to Director of Plant Operations Why Stellar Senior Living "Our supreme goal is to do and be the best in all we undertake, and to provide a Stellar life for our residents, their families, and our employees." — Evrett Benton, CEO Founded in 2012, Stellar Senior Living is the premier senior living provider in the Western United States.
