Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in the south of US. The role involves managing and expanding regional sales initiatives by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, preparing proposals, and maintaining regular communication with clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and growth. The candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales plans with company objectives. Qualifications Strong experience in B2B Sales, Account Management, and Customer Relationship ManagementProficiency in developing and implementing Sales Strategies and analyzing market trendsKnowledge of packaging machinery or industrial equipment sales is highly preferredExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively in dynamic environmentsWillingness to travel regionally at least 50% of the timeBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fieldProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteProven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals
