Chief Operating Officer

Company DescriptionGem State Builders is setting a new standard for subcontractor work in Idaho. We operate as a consolidated network of three industry-leading specialty companies: Aggregate Construction Inc. (concrete, flatwork, and foundations), Urness Industries (commercial landscape installation and maintenance), and Art of the Earth (landscape design and custom outdoor installations).Through a single point of coordination, our clients access multiple trades under unified project management. One call, coordinated bids, seamless execution. This model removes the friction of managing multiple subcontractors and consistently delivers projects faster, cleaner, and with the kind of accountability the construction industry has historically lacked. We were built on a simple conviction: subcontractor work should never be a compromise. Our three operating companies share standards, systems, and a unified commitment to quality and reliability, while each preserves the specialized expertise that makes it best-in-class in its category.Headquartered in Boise, Idaho, Gem State Builders is a privately held growth platform pursuing scale through both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions of best-in-class specialty contractors across the Mountain West.
