Field Marketing Coordinator (Remote - Chicago, IL)

This role is remote in Chicago, IL. This role will support regional marketing programs with a strong emphasis on data management, campaign execution, and operational support. This role plays a critical part in ensuring marketing activities run smoothly—from accurate data entry and lead processing to supporting communications and sponsorship activations. This is an execution-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working behind the scenes to drive successful outcomes.ResponsibilitiesAccurately enter, update, and maintain campaign, event, and lead data in CRM systemsManage lead uploads, list imports, and data cleansing to ensure data accuracy and completenessSupport lead routing and follow-up processes in collaboration with sales teamsTrack campaign and event performance metrics and assist with reportingEnsure proper attribution of leads and activities across campaignsMaintain data hygiene and compliance with internal processes and privacy regulationsAssist in building and scheduling campaign communications (emails, invites, reminders, follow-ups)Support updates for event pages, registration platforms, and internal communicationsCoordinate distribution of messaging across channelsProvide logistical support for sponsorship activations and field eventsManage attendee lists, invitations, confirmations, and onsite check-in processesCoordinate materials, vendor communications, and shipping for eventsSupport post-event follow-up, including data uploads and reportingAssist field marketing managers with day-to-day campaign and event executionCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignmentTrack timelines, deliverables, and program milestonesSupport budget tracking, purchase orders, and vendor invoicesSkills And Qualifications2-5 years of experience in marketing, operations, events, or administrative supportStrong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and managementExperience with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)Strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong collaboration and teamwork skillsExperience supporting events, field marketing, or sponsorship activations preferredFamiliarity with lead management and campaign reporting processes preferredExperience in B2B or enterprise environments preferredWe offer a competitive salary range for this position.
