About Us: We are seeking a talented CI/CD Engineer with expertise in JavaScript for both server and serverless environments. This is a contract role with our client, based in Miami, FL, offering a hybrid work culture. We are looking for candidates who can work on our payroll (W2) and are either Green Card holders, US Citizens, or OPT/CPT candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for JavaScript applications (Node.js, server-side).
Work with server and serverless platforms (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, etc.).
Automate testing, deployment, and monitoring of JavaScript-based services.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of new features.
Implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
Troubleshoot and optimize the CI/CD processes to improve efficiency and performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience in building CI/CD pipelines for JavaScript (Node.js) applications.
Experience with serverless platforms (AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions, etc.).
Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or other CI tools.
Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Solid understanding of infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus.
