NoPosition Summary InformationJob Description SummaryAdjunct teaching courses within Workforce Education programs. Rate of pay dependent upon education/experience.Required EducationAssociate degree and/or 2-5 years work experience in the field of study; Bachelor's degree and/or 6-10 years work experience in the field of study and/or credentialed in the field of study; Master's degree and/or 11-15 years work experience in the field of study and/or credentialed in the field of study; Doctorate degree and/or 16+ years work experience in the field of study and/or credentialed in the field of study.Required ExperienceA minimum of five years working experience in the Electrical field-service, installation, and repair and hold a Journeyman or Master Electrician License.Preferred Education Preferred ExperienceCompleted a course in teaching adults or have experience in teaching/training adults from different backgrounds, ethnicity, gender, ages, and religions or supervising electrical technicians.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesTeach courses in the assigned discipline. Maintain familiarity with and adhere to college policies and procedures. Maintain good rapport with students. Flexibility in schedule to teach day/evening/weekend classes.
