Project Engineering Manager || USC , GC

Key Responsibilities: Lead project teams through conceptual design, procurement, and construction support for substation, distribution, and transmission line projects, with a primary focus on 69kV and above. Manage project schedules, budgets, and scopes for services and EPC work. Mentor and train engineers assigned to active projects, providing day-to-day technical oversight, performance feedback, and skill development—especially in PLS-CADD and related tools. Minimum of 8 years of experience, ideally looking for 10+ years Structural engineer as most of the work is structural focused.
