Your Role As a Full-Stack Web Developer, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing modern web applications while collaborating with a global remote team. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance websites and web applications. Work across front-end technologies (React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, Tailwind) and back-end frameworks (Node.js, Express, PHP/Laravel, or Python/Django). Collaborate with UI/UX designers and project managers to turn designs into functional, scalable products. Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services. Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, and version control (Git). Optimize websites for SEO, accessibility, and performance. Debug issues and handle ongoing updates for partner agencies. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives. What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of experience as a Full-Stack Web Developer (agency experience is a plus). Strong knowledge of JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind. Experience with at least one backend framework: Node.js, Express, PHP/Laravel, or Python/Django. Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow is a plus. Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to clean, scalable code.
