Data Creator – Humanoid Robotics Training Locations: Los Angeles CA - Santa Monica, North Hollywood, Inglewood, Costa Mesa or Culver City.Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-HirePay: $30/hr (Day & Swing Shift) | $33/hr (Night Shift)About the RoleWe are seeking motivated and reliable Data Creators to join one of the most exciting companies in the humanoid robotics industry. In this role, you will help train next-generation robots by capturing movement data using VR headsets and sensor-equipped gloves. The data you generate will directly contribute to the development of advanced humanoid robotics and Physical AI technology.This is a hands-on opportunity for individuals who enjoy being active, working with innovative technology, and contributing to the future of robotics. No degree or technical background is required.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform a variety of physical movements while wearing VR equipment and sensor gloves to help generate robot training data.Capture and record movement patterns that will be uploaded into Figure's robotic training systems.Work comfortably in VR environments for extended periods throughout the day.Follow established procedures while adapting to evolving processes and workflows.Collaborate with team members to support ongoing humanoid robot development initiatives.Maintain accuracy and consistency while collecting training data.Travel between designated work locations as needed.Required QualificationsAbility to stand and remain active for 8+ hours per day.Comfortable wearing a VR headset and sensor gloves throughout the shift.Reliable transportation and ability to commute to assigned locations.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Adaptable and comfortable working in a rapidly evolving environment.Excellent attendance, reliability, and work ethic.Ability to work one of the available shift schedules.Preferred BackgroundsAthletes and individuals with active lifestyles.Military veterans.Fitness trainers and coaches.Warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or production professionals.Customer-facing professionals with strong communication skills.Technology enthusiasts interested in AI, robotics, and emerging technologies.Available ShiftsDay Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM ($30/hr)Swing Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM ($30/hr)Night Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM ($33/hr)Why Join Us?Work directly on cutting-edge humanoid robotics and Physical AI technology.No degree or prior robotics experience required.Strong contract-to-hire conversion potential.Potential future equity opportunities.Join a fast-growing company shaping the future of AI and automation.Be part of an industry expected to transform how humans and robots work together.
