Our team combines certified partners and experienced project managers to deliver exceptional customer service.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Mainline to develop and manage the midwest market, specifically Illinois and Michigan. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategies for business growth, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue.QualificationsAt least 5 years experience in the telecommunication OSP Construction industryAt least 2 years in Business Development, Sales, and/or Marketing Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to develop strategies for business growthProject management skillsKnowledge of fiber optics construction and infrastructure is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
