The Program Manager will oversee and coordinate programs and services to support individuals and communities engaged in recovery efforts. Key responsibilities include program planning and implementation, team leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and consistent program evaluation to ensure effectiveness. The role also involves managing budgets, securing funding, maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory standards, and preparing detailed reports for stakeholders. On-call hours are a necessary component to this position.QualificationsExcellent leadership, organizational, and project management skillsStrong communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration abilitiesKnowledge of mental health and substance use recovery frameworks and best practicesExperience in program development, implementation, and evaluationBudget management and grant writing or funding acquisition skillsAbility to foster partnerships with community organizations, clients, and stakeholdersProficiency in data analysis, reporting, and maintaining compliance with standardsBachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Health, Nonprofit Management, or 5+ years of related experienceExperience in managing recovery-focused programs or social service projects is a plusFamiliarity with the community served in Lehigh Valley area is an advantage
