Our commitment is to create a welcoming and empowering environment that celebrates beauty and well-being.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Carmel, IN, for an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Injector. Responsibilities include performing advanced aesthetic treatments such as dermal fillers, neuromodulators, and other injectable procedures, creating customized treatment plans, and educating clients on available options. Responsibilities also include Good Faith Evaluations for all patients receiving injections/medical-grade services. You will maintain accurate patient records, adhere to safety and hygiene protocols, and stay updated on industry trends to ensure the highest level of care and customer satisfaction.QualificationsMust have 3+ years of experienceValid Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of IndianaProficiency in performing injectable procedures, including dermal fillers and neuromodulatorsExperience in conducting aesthetic consultations and tailoring personalized treatment plansStrong knowledge of facial anatomy and a commitment to delivering natural-looking resultsAbility to ensure strict adherence to safety and infection control practicesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively educate and engage clientsEvidence of continued education or certification in aesthetics or related fields, such as advanced injector trainingDemonstrated passion for aesthetics and staying current with emerging trends and technologiesPositive attitude and supportive team memberAvailable Monday-Friday
