What You Will Bring: Board Certification in Emergency Medicine (no internal medicine or family practice)Valid MA State Medical LicenseActive DEA license for MassachusettsACLS CertificationMinimum of 1 year of emergency medicine experience in a community or rural settingAbility to handle approximately 2.5 to 3 patients per hour across a variety of age groupsComfort working in a limited onsite specialty support environmentStrong communication skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced EDPreferred Additional Skills: Experience with Epic EMR/charting softwarePrior work in critical access or rural hospital settingsEducational Background & Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited institutionAt least 1 year of relevant Emergency Medicine experienceWillingness to work night shifts, including evenings and extended overnight hoursAdditional Requirements: Willing to drive to the hospital—housing and ferry transportation providedCredentialing process expected to take 3 to 4 months from startShift schedule includes 3x12-hour night shifts per week (7 PM–7 AM and 3 PM–12 AM)Enjoy working within a supportive team environment that is committed to your success.
