We are committed to fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace where employees can thrive.Position SummaryWe are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive HR Generalist to support a wide range of human resources functions, including benefits administration, compliance, employee administration, and performance management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing department initiatives with day-to-day HR operations.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary point of contact for employee benefit matters; providing guidance and support to managers and employeesAdminister HR policies and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsManage employee lifecycle processes (new hires, changes, terminations)Coordinate benefits administration and assist employees with enrollment and questionsMaintain accurate HR records and HRIS data integrity in ADP Workforce NowAssist with performance management processes and employee development initiativesSupport training programs and company-wide HR initiativesPartner with leadership to improve employee engagement and retentionAs needed, support full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboardingQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years of HR Generalist experienceStrong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in Oregon and WashingtonExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office SuitePreferred QualificationsHR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar)Oregon and Washington HR experienceCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary: $70,000-$75,000Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company contributionPaid time off and holidaysProfessional development opportunitiesHow to ApplyPlease submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and interest in the role.This role in located in the Portland metro area and is not remote.
