Client Outreach Specialist

About the Role: We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Client Outreach Specialist to join our sales and client relations team. This position focuses on connecting with dispensaries and existing wholesale clients to encourage reorders, expand current accounts, and support our field sales representatives with appointment scheduling and lead generation. Key Responsibilities: Call existing dispensary clients to maintain relationships and generate repeat sales Reach out to current and past clients to identify new product opportunities or restocking needs Coordinate with field sales reps to schedule appointments and outreach in target areas Support sales campaigns for new strain drops or product launches Document all interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system (note: this means logging notes and action items, not audio recording) Maintain a positive, professional, and compliant representation of our brand and products Qualifications: Must have valid Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Credentials Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client relations (B2B experience preferred) Familiarity with the medical or recreational cannabis industry strongly preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable making outbound calls Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-up Proficient with CRM software and standard office tools (Google Workspace, Excel, etc.) Must meet all state requirements to work in a licensed cannabis facility (if applicable) Schedule & Work Environment: In-office during training and probationary period Transition to approximately 75% remote work thereafter Monday–Friday schedule (some flexibility may be required) Pay: $22.66 - $27.29 per hour Work Location: Hybrid remote in Oklahoma City, OK 73108
