Job DescriptionGuardian Smart Flagger- Integration SpecialistRight Traffic has an immediate opening for a GSF – Integration Specialist. In this role, you will support our local traffic control partners in your area, as well as travel to other areas of North America to provide onsite training to new and existing Right Traffic Operating Companies.ResponsibilitiesTrain Flaggers on this disruptive and lifesaving technologyField customer service callsCommunicate regularly with your direct supervisor to notify him or her of any potential issues, including but not limited to those relating to your job, or those relating to the clientCreate strong client relationships and be their first point of contact for all product related issuesTranslate training requirements to each client and monitor them during the duration of trainingAssess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into the client’s employees' work behaviorPeriodically evaluate past trainees to ensure product knowledge is current requirements and skillsQualificationsGood communication skillsProven strong customer serviceProven experience in conducting training classesSound decision making and organizational skillsValid driver’s license (Required) Valid passport (international travel) (Required- must have or be able to get one) Traffic Control Experience (Preferred) Right Traffic is an Equal Employment Opportunities Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
