Job DescriptionJob TitleIT Project Manager / Scrum MasterJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead and deliver complex technology initiatives across cloud, identity, and enterprise transformation programs. The ideal candidate brings strong project and program management expertise, excels in Agile/Scrum environments, and effectively partners with business and technical stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.This role requires a balance of delivery leadership, business analysis, and process optimization, with experience managing cloud and identity-focused initiatives such as Okta, MFA, and platform migrations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of IT projects and programs from initiation through closure Manage multiple workstreams using Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery models Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives Establish project plans, timelines, budgets, risk registers, and governance frameworks Drive stakeholder management, ensuring clear communication and alignment across business and technical teams Partner with product owners and business leaders to perform business analysis, define requirements, and prioritize work Lead initiatives related to cloud platforms and identity solutions, including Okta, MFA implementations, and migration efforts Oversee data and process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and service delivery Track delivery metrics, manage dependencies, and address risks and impediments Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, security requirements, and change management processes Report project status, milestones, and outcomes to senior leadership Required Skills & QualificationsStrong experience in Project and Program Management within IT environments Proven expertise in Agile / Scrum methodologies, with the ability to adapt to hybrid models Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage cross-functional teams Strong background in Business Analysis and Stakeholder Management Experience delivering Cloud and Identity Solutions, including: Okta implementations Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA) Cloud and identity migrations Experience driving data and process optimization initiatives Familiarity with modern tools and delivery ecosystems (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms) Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills Preferred / Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience managing security, IAM, or compliance-focused projects Exposure to enterprise-scale cloud transformation programs Knowledge of DevOps or CI/CD delivery models Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, CSM, SAFe, or ITIL Experience working in regulated or large enterprise environments Work Style & CompetenciesResults-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence without authority Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in risk management Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience managing IT projects or programs Demonstrated success delivering complex technology initiatives QualificationsBachelors DegreeRange Of Year Experience-Min Year5Range Of Year Experience-Max Year12
